D Pharmcy is not a Bachelor's degree. It is a Diploma degree that any student can pursue after completing his/her 12th in Biology/Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. It is usually a 2 year course. B Pharmacy is the Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and is called Graduation. Then there is Phama D which is a Doctoral Programme in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

but after completing d pharmacy can we also do b pharmacy if yes the what is the procedure

After D.Pharmacy you can join B.Pharmacy through Lateral Entry programme by appearing for entrance examinations.

No its the diploma degree of two years. Graduation is a completely different thing.
