Pharmacy
Hello,
Here are some good alternatives to Acharya & BM Reddy College of Pharmacy for PharmD (after 12th) with lower fees:
Annamalai University (TN) – Govt university, fees are around 46,000 per year, with good facilities.
Indira College of Pharmacy (Pune) – Fees is approx.2 L per year, PCI-approved, as well as decent hospital tie-ups.
Teer thanker Mahaveer University (UP) – Fees is around 1.8 L per year, good labs & training hospital.
Check PCI approval, hospital training, and total fees before taking admission in any of the university.
Hi dear candidate,
In most of the colleges/ universities the students of M Pharmacy are asked to have a white lab coat over the usual attire or clothes we wear. However, some colleges may even have complete different set of uniform.

Yes, you can change from B Pharmacy to MBBS, but you must qualify NEET-UG to get admission in any medical college.
Your B Pharm marks or year won’t count for MBBS; you’ll have to start fresh from the first year of MBBS after clearing NEET.
Focus on NEET preparation to secure a good rank for MBBS admission.
Hope you understand.

The start date for B. pharmacy colleges is not a single universal date; it varies by state, university, and specific admission cycle, with the 2025-2026 academic session's admission processes already underway or concluding in many states. For example, some admissions for 2025 began in January and are now finishing up, with colleges set to start classes shortly after seat allotment and admission completion.
I hope it will clear your query!!
The cutoff rank for St. Xavier Institute of Pharmacy, Guntur, through the AP EAPCET exam in 2024 was around 55,307 for the general category. For the BCA category, the closing rank was about 39,242, and for the ST category, it was around 49,087.
These cutoffs can change every year depending on the number of applicants, exam difficulty, and seat availability. If your rank is within this range, you have a good chance of getting admission, but you should also keep backup colleges in your counselling list.
It's highly unlikely to get a seat at St. Xavier's Institute of Pharmacy with a rank of 51392, as admission is typically based on merit and entrance exams, not a single large rank number, and the expected cut-offs are much lower. For instance, if the rank is from a state-level exam, it could be competitive, but it is not high enough for admission to a top-tier college. The required marks are often much higher than this rank would suggest, so it is important to confirm the specific admission criteria for the particular St. Xavier's institution you are interested in.
