Correct Answer: I, II and III
Solution :
According to the given statement –
Conclusion I:
Ann has a cat – From the given statements, it is clear that Mary always tells the truth and Mary told that both Ann and she have cats. Therefore, Ann having a cat is a true conclusion.
Conclusion II:
Mary has a cat – From the given statements, it is clear that Mary always tells the truth and Mary told that both Ann and she have cats. Therefore, Mary having a cat is a true conclusion.
Conclusion III:
Ann is lying – From the given statement, it is clear that Mary always tells the truth and Ann sometimes lies. Since Mary never tells lies, the statement said by Mary is always true and the statement said by Ann is a lie. Therefore, Ann is lying is a true conclusion.
