do i have to report to arc if i have applied for betterment in round 2 and didn't got betterment in round 3 in mhtcet cap round ?please help

If you want to freeze the allotment that you got in the second round at this time than you have to visit arc over there they will conform the Allotment as Freeze
They will provide you one print copy
Than with that print copy you can visit the alloted institutes to complete the remaining procedure
With all your documents
