DO THEY REDUCE FEES ON SPECIAL CONSIDERATION .... LIKE EX-SERVICEMAN QUOTA ETC.

Hello Sahil,
I'm afraid VIT waivers fees only in 2 cases:
1. If you get a scholarship
2. If you have extremely low annual income.
Other than this they are not known to reduce fees based on any other consideration.
