Diring choice filling to can apply for the total nnumber of choices given in the registration form also,give first preferences to those colleges whose cutoff ranks are low as compared to other colleges.
Because it's all depends on your ranks and marks to get a seat in the colleges of your choices.So,filling preferences in this order helps a bit , but they don't assure your seat though.
