Hi Priya,
Sometimes the payment platform accepts the payment but the organisation which was supposed to get the fees do not receive the payment because the payment gets stuck in between.
In these situations money gets wired back to your account used for payment with 1 or 2 weeks.
If you still have issues then it's better to talk to your bank branch once for more clarification.
