Dear aspirant,
I am considering you are talking about the wbjee mop round for jadavpur University so let me tell you that the seats will be vacant according to category wise.
As per the latest information , maximum seats are vacant in computer science and electronics and communication engineering branch.
But if you are talking for some other mop up round then also I would like to tell that it would be category wise.
