Yes, for admission to NSUT (under JAC Delhi), your OBC-NCL certificate must follow these rules:
- Issued by Competent Authority of NCT of Delhi
- Must match the JOSAA/JAC Delhi format (declaration for "admission to CEIs")
- Must be issued after March 31 of the previous year.
