guys my general rank is 10000 and obc rank is 2900 in upsee , my only target is jss noida. will I be able to get it on the basis of obc qota

As per your rank, you have less chances to get seat there as the rank is not that sufficient. But yes, you can try for other colleges, so to check all other options for your admission you can use below provided college predictor -

and one more thing is doing cs from uptu colleges is not good. I m being advice to avoid uptu colleges for their outdated syllabus and lack of sincere management and also big MNC don't come to uptu colleges . is this all true or what part of it is true.
