According to last year records, with 487 marks your all india rank would be around 57000.The cut off for SC students for govt. medical colleges in telangana last year was around 99000 . So you have plenty of chances to get a seat in one of the good govt. medical colleges in telangana. But the cut off changes every year depending on various factors so we cannot predict surely.
