As per last year, with 502 marks your all India rank would range between 47000-49000.Last year, cut off for SC category in Osmania medical college was AIR 55265 with marks 490 and the cut off in Gandhi medical college was AIR 59252 with marks 483. But the cut off changes every year based on various factors . Anyway you have good chances to get a medical seat in one of the top colleges in telangana.
