Hello sir, I have 43% in 12th exam and I am SC category and 53% in PCB but I have got 9 marks grace in physics. Am I eligible for NEET?

Yes you are eligible for NEET.
UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)
