Hello,
You have not mentioned your category any where ,so i aasume it to be general.
If I consider the previous year data .Then you have weak chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in west bengal even through state quota .If you are from a reserved category then the case would be different .

I am from general category and this year a total of 650seats have been increased. Stil there are no chances???

Dear,Cutoffs change almost every year,it depends on the difficulty level of the paper ,and the no of students who appeared for the exam.perhaps you might fetch a seat through state quota if you are lucky enough.if previous data is to be considered then it becomes dificult .Best wishes and luck
