I am sorry to say but one of the information provided by you is wrong, hence we can't predict the colleges for you.
If your percentile is 78.217 then your SC Category rank would be around 13000-14000 which can't get you a seat in any NIT.

Iam sorry to say this but with this marks it is not possible to get into any of the NIT's as the cutoffs for NIT's are really very high.
If you want to get admitted only to NIT or IIT,i would suggest you to give JEE exams again next year with more preparation.
