The previous year cutoff of LNMIIT for CSE was 116 marks in JEE. As you have stated that you secured 86 percentile which signifies approximately 55-60 marks. So getting CSE branch in LNMIIT will be difficult for you. You can opt for CSE branch as the first priority in the counselling form. And LNMIIT offers Communication and Computer Engineering , Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. You can opt for CCE and other branches as your second option. LNMIIT also offers some scholarship for which you can apply at the time of admission. If you have scored JEE advance rank upto AIR 12000 then your academic fees will be relaxed( https://www.lnmiit.ac.in/admissions/ugadmissions/Scholarship_Policy.html ).
