With you rank and category yes you may get a NIT but branch may not be assured at the moment as it always depends on no. of students applied and seats available. Regarding your query for IIIT, then i must tell you for CSE in IIIT hyderabad u need to achieve a min. of rank of around 2000 however the category might help you.

No, you can't get admission in any NIT or IIIT CSE branch at this rank. Let me check it out properly, it would be more easier for me if you would comment your home state quota below in the comment section.
