You just need to vakidate whatever documents you have and write the correct names ahead in future..
Also while interview session at MB a college you need to state reason for mismatch in name and verify using correct documents .

Relax, there will be no such issue arising.
Look, these colleges ask for so many certificates for validating different things like class 10th certificate to verify your date of birth, Aadhar card/voter Id card/etc. For validating your name, and a category certificate is solely for validating whether you belong to that category or not.
To verify this they will first check your category certificate, then match it with their own national/ state level categories available to them /provided to them.
And yes for a tiny mistake such as a spelling, you can show your previous category certificate too (as you would know NC-OBC certificates have to be renewed every 6 months) so show them the previous certificate with the correct spelling.
However, there would not be such need arising as such, however you can still keep it to be at a safer side.
And carry your other id proofs for name.
