No, it would not be a problem as long as your overall score in graduation is more than 50%. However you are very likely to be asked about it in your interview. So make a story and be ready to defend it.

No, Siddarth you don't need to worry about it. It won't create as such any problem in the CAT exam or in the selection procedure of any b-school but make sure that you have atleast 50% in graduation otherwise you won't be eligible for CAT exam. Only during the interview you can be asked why it took 4 years for you to complete 3 years graduation so you need to have a proper answer to this question and if you have a very good percentile in CAT plus if you are able to answer others questions decently in the interview then it will hardly matter and you can definitely get selected without any problem.
