Hi. I was filling my fmge 2021 June application form, while I was paying the fee my transaction failed but fee(14160) was deducted, so I have filed complaint help desk It's has been 3 and half months and still my amount is not refunded .. Please resolve this. Thank you

We would suggest you to contact the bank's customer service and enquire once regarding the status of the transaction. If the transaction was not successful you should have the amount refunded to the same bank account. Please provide the details of the transaction such as transaction date, transaction amount and transaction ID to the Customer Executive. You may raise a ticket, if the transaction was not successful and get refund.
