Honestly speaking at the job interview what matters the most is your self confidence, the knowledge that you have gathered in four years and finally your communication skills. Next comes the marks factor, maximum the interviewers will take into consideration your overall CGPA but your individual semester marks. Your 10th,12th and overall graduation score is what matters if so or it may not. Try to overcome your flaws and do better performance in your upcoming semesters to boost your overall CGPA
