Yes , you are eligible for NEET 2020. The NEET does not have a limit to the number of attempts anymore .Previously it was 3, but currently there are no limits. Since you will be 20 next year , you will not have any problems with age too since the NEET eligibility criteria mentions that you need to be 17 to appear for NEET.
