Yes you are eligible for appearing NEET 2020.
Earlier it ws a criteria that candidates cannot apply more than three times, but that was ruled out.
The aspirants can appear for neet even after 3 attempts. There is no cap on the number of times.
Also the age limit has also been lifted.
