How I make my study plan of day (time table) for NEET And MH-CET ? Which book refer

For NEET, you should mainly focus on NCERTs for all PCB subject. Go through these textbooks first and then any reference book.

For Physics-refer HC Verma book for clearing basics + concept understanding.
You can also refer, Universal Errorless.
Read the NCERT first and note down the formulae in a separate book. Try to clear your concept and then solve MCQs topic wise. By this You'll get an idea of the question-level-pattern + the applications of the formulae and also the logic where and when to be applied. Solve MCQs of the particular chapter/topic on the same day of studying so as to know and understand that concept well.

For chemistry- focus on organic chemistry part first and refer NCERT for the basic rules and nomenclature. Try to write the mechanisms and practice accordingly. Maximum questions are asked from the organic part.

Inorganic chemistry part- refer NCERT only.. as it is more than enough. Make simple line notes to memorise quickly and later for easy revision.

Physical Chemistry- note down the formulae and chat your concept, understand the conditions of the topic well and then solve the MCQs- topicwise to get enough idea of the questions level.
Chemistry is the second most scoring subject after biology... So try to score maximum possible and focus mainly on the concepts + practicing more number of questions regularly.

Lastly for Biology, NCERT is more than enough. If you read and understand the entire NCERT at least 2-3 times, and are thorough with it.. then you can surely score 320+ in biology. Try to make keyword type notes for biology. It'll be helpful to you till the end + for easy and quick revision during exam.

Refer NCERT textbooks of 11th and 12th standard of Physics , Chemistry and Biology.

After finishing learning a chapter from any subjects make sure to solve Multiple Choice Questions based on that chapter as it will help you to build your concept even more stronger.

After NCERT textbooks go on to reference books.

Read everyday. Practice everyday.

Give equal attention to every subject as they are all equally important.

Don't waste time on unnecessary things.
