Arkhangelsk is a Russian city which is famous amongst Indians for its medical schools and different universities. The medical schools, especially, attract attention of Indians and other Asian students who wish to pursue MBBS and also carry out research in addition.
It is a good city for higher studies. Lots of Indians study there so you will be part of a network of Indian students. Language, however, is a problem there. Ideally, you should be well-versed in Russian before going abroad.
You should do a through research on course you want to pursue before applying.
