How is ncert different from ISC.... regarding NEET

Not Much. In ISC, you get to learn more than CBSE comparatively. Studying in ISC would give you a upper hand in Physics and Chemistry in Entrance exams but not that much when it comes to biology section of NEET. Biology section is quite easy comparatively.
