Hey Umendra! The number of seats left empty depends on the number of students accepted the seat in the previous rounds, which is not a fixed number it is a subject which changes. The number of seats left empty vary Institute to institute you can check previous year round 7 cutoff, you may get idea. Hope this may help you.
