Dear Siva, for appearing SRMJEE, you should be atleast 16 years by July 31st of the year of admission. For SRMJEE, candidates should have been born between July 1st 1998 and July 1st, 2003. So the upper age limit is 21 years. You can appear for SRMJEE until you are 21 years old.
