As you didn't mentioned your home state but for CSE and IT in Home state category through general category you have to score atleast 95 to 96 percentile. Some NITcolleges with their closing rankings in CSE of home state category are:
1. NIT Mizoram- 429513
2. NIT Sikkim- 329823
3. NIT Meghalaya- 123163
4. NIT punducherry- 94424
5. NIT Agartala- 63805
