Percentile is used to calculate the relative performance of candidate that means how many candidates appeared in the same exam have scored lower or equal to you.
To calculate percentile you need to use the formula:
Percentile Score = 100 x (The number of students who secured a score equal to or less than the student) / (The total number of students who appeared in that session of a particular examination).
A percentile above 90 is good.
