If you are directly jumping from one course to another then leaving certificate will do.

If you are willing to change the course they you have to go for the following.
1.if you want to change the course in the same college than it will not be a hard procedure you only have to write an application to the head of dept or principal regarding your issue and if you are capable or secured enough marks for that course then you will be shifted to other course easily.
2. If you want to chnage the course and move from one college to another then you have to submit the marksheets of 10th,12th, cet marks,domicile,aadhar card,leaving certificatw of 12th and the course you are leaving.and also have to pay full fees.
