What documents would be required when you leave a college to take admission in another college with a diff. stream, under same university?

In case you have all your originals with you and have not mentioned anywhere that you have been pursuing a course already, then you can just walk out of your current college right away. But since it happens to be under the same University, it is advisable that you pay the applicable damages(if any) to college your college transfer certificate and clearance certificate to avoid complications in future.
