how to cover backlog in 11th std

Hope you are doing well
To cover your backlogs you must be aware of the portions you have done and forgotten and the portions which you haven't touched yet. Now when you start then if you are sitting for six hours now then you should give 4.5 hours to your on going syllabus and 1.5 hours to the backlogs. You must prepare a list of chapters you need to do from scratch. Start covering them by first watching the lectures then solving relevant questions and do not forget to give time to previous year questions. Make sure you do nit miss current lectures while focusing much on backlogs. Do not stress and try to give effective time to your studies. Also in place of time table you can make a to-do list for each day before going off to bed.
