Yes, In 5 months you can easily crack the KVPY exam if you prepare strategically. Here are some preparation tips for KVPY:

• You need to follow NCERT syllabus to prepare for KVPY, So analyze it and make a time table to study.
• Also, include your interests in time table to keep the mind fresh.
• You need to study science and Mathematics to crack the KVPY exam.
• As per last years KVPY cutoff , you need to score around 50 out of 100 or 160 marks as per your stream.
• Finish your syllabus 1 month before the exam to revise it and practise with previous years question papers.
• Clear each doubt with the help of teachers and work on your weak areas.

First things First. Never consider yourself mediocre.

There is absolutely nothing that you can't achieve. KVPY is just like any other exam apart from the sense that is has no hard and fast syllabus that has to be followed.

You will only be asked from the topics that you already are familiar with if you are studying in class 11th or higher.

The main key is to sharpen your general aptitudes cause aptitude questiones are a bit tricky.

5 months is a great amount of time, use it wisely, practice hard and give your everything.
