PG CET preparation should ideally start from your core BSc subjects, because most entrance exams are concept-based. Since you have completed 5th semester, you are eligible to apply for many PG entrance exams, as final year students are allowed (admission will be confirmed after degree completion).

Coaching is not compulsory if your basics are clear, you can prepare through standard textbooks, previous year question papers, and online lectures.

Regarding fees, PG application fees usually range from Rs. 500 to Rs. 1,500, depending on the exam and category. For BSc graduates, good PG options include MSc in your core subject, Data Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Computer Science, or Statistics, based on your interest and background. Choose a course that aligns with your strengths and career goals.
