HR Analytics is an emrging field which integrates employee life cycle data and develops descriptive, predictive analytics to enable business decisions. HR Analytics team runs diagnostics, measure various HR metrics and KPIs and build appropriate predictive models based on business problems. The People Analytics is a quickly growing field. It is data-driven approach to managing people at work.
The companies which have leveraged analytics in the HR- Google, Intel, HP etc. These companies are in a more matured stage of HR Analytics.
HR Executive is an entry level position, in which He/She perform all the front line activities as per area of his/ her work. basic tasks such as calling up candidate's, scheduling, record maintainance, etc. will be done.
They may also handle employee relations, payroll and benefits and training. Each company require HR Executive & the packages depends on your skills & also depends on the Organization or the institute from where you have completed the programme.
