First of all,don't worry too much and don't take stress.
You need to practice more to get more marks in jee mains.You can easily score more than 150 marks in jee mains if you can put some extra effort in it's preparations.
You can prepare for MHTCET too alongwith jee mains.Just follow ncert books and make sure your all concepts are clear.Solve previous years questions and mock tests before appearing for exams.

Emphasize on CET, you can pull a score of 160 if you get around 100 in the coaching classes for mains. But dontd stis preparing for mains, continue that too but with special emphasis on cet.
