You can write CAT this year. However your admission in colleges will be dependent on your successful completion of degree and furnishing provisional or final year marksheet at the time of joining or whatever date the college specifies.
So overall you can fill up cat at this point of time.
Students in final year of graduation are eligible to appear for CAT .
Admission is on provision basis snd confirmsd upon successful submission of all marksheets after results are out.
