thanks for asking your query as you are studying continuously and practicing jee mains previous year paper regularly you could definetly score better in jee mains with good rank under 4000 but consistency is very important because jee mains papers are not very easy to solve and requires time management skills to get correct answer in less time.

You can not get into an IIT just by getting a good rank in JEE - Main. You also have to score a good rank in JEE - Advanced for getting into any IIT. You can get into the top NITs or IIITs or any other top colleges in India except IITs.
