Making a routine is very easy but following it is the real issue. So, don't make a very strict routine. Start with basic things like waking up early, going to bed early, 3 hours study, less screen time etc. When you feel like you actually started following it, you can increase study time, decrease your screen time according to your convenience.
2.Try to find out what actually makes you happy
