Is feeling demotivated/sad in the initial days of coaching normal?

In the initial days of coaching, you may feel a bit low on confidence by seeing the vast syllabus and competition. It is completely normal to feel this. But, you need to understand that this negative attitude cannot take you into a long run. You may feel inferior by seeing others performance or feel a burden upon yourself. Try to convert this into positivity. If someone is ahead of you, try to devote some time to your studies as practice is the key to success. Also, if you feeling low due to the syllabus thing, then try to make a time table. Above all, you o what makes you happy in your free time or the work in which you are exceptionally well. This well help you out in coming out of the negativity and boost and performance as well as mood.
