Hi,
You can get admission in government colleges of other states by all India quota. In order to get admission in government colleges of other states you need to score a good score i.e around 590 and above. As year by year cutoff's are increasing unpredictably , you need to work very hard.
You can apply for CTSE exam conducted by careers360 for NEET where you can get upto 100% scholarship and other rewards.
