Yes you can.. your marks is high from cut off i.e 330

You might get a seat as the cutoff rank for previous year for St category was around 350 . So there are moderate chances of getting a govt college under state quota.

yes definitely you will get admission in govt medical college in Telangana state. For ST category cut off for neet 2018 is 463-303. So since you marks are withing the cut off range... So YES you are good to go! Hope that helps:)
