    I understand your concern. But the average decent cutoff needed is from 170 to 190 marks.

    For the mentioned course, high cutoffs are taken into consideration.

    With the given data, there is no possibility you can get a top college that offers good education as well as placement.

    It's better to try for Annapoorna Engineering College and Salem Engineering College.
