I am separated from my family and is not living with my family and is alone. Can I make my EWS certificate and if yes how?

Hi Deepak,
I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query,If your Adress proofs and Aadhar Proofs are still Linked with you parents Identity then definitely you will be consdiered as a part of your family as per government records. Then Irrespective of Income if your family posses following assets then you are not eligible for EWS categoryreservation. Assets you should not have to apply for EWS category is Resedential space of 1000 sq ft and above, 5 acres of Agriculture land and above, Resendial plot of 100 sq.yards in Notified muncipalities and above, Resedential Plot of 200 sq.yards and above in areas other than Notified Muncipalities.

So can't we apply for some notry or amendment wothout changing permanent address ( as its a long procedure to do ) because i have also same problem n just living onmy own leaving dat toxic abusive family

Please reply 2 my query and i want to claim ews asap n I DON'T HAVE MY PERMANENT ADDRESS only living up on rent please help me woth this issue of ews
