Here are some tips which might be helpful for you.
- Focus on your system topics don't go for new topics just strengthen your strong part.
- Go to NCERT books again and again especially in chemistry because mostly questions come from NCERT in chemistry.
- Always remain motivated don't get impressed utilise time wisely and don't waste your time thinking again and again about the marks
- Solve all the previous years questions and learn the concepts involved in it.

I think you studied the NCERT Books and now you have the grip on NCERT so now you can refer the some of the famous reference books and also please don't waste single minute of time please refer previous question papers and slove it
