i am trying to fill neet phase registeration form but site doesn't show me its link at destined place plz help

Neet phase -2 registration form is to be filled on official website of NTA -
https://neet.nta.nic.in
After the website opens, you have to click on - CORRECTION PHASE-II NEET UG.
After which a tab would open where you will have to fill your application number, Date of birth and captcha after which you can proceed to your phase -2 registration.
