I do not belong to Assam can I apply for Assam state counselling? If yes what are the requirements?

If you do not have a domicile for Assam, you cannot apply to Assam colleges through State Counseling. State counsellings require that you have their domicile. The only way you can get admission in Assam is via All India Quota.
