You have not mentioned about your reservation category, and exact expected marks because seat allotment is also based on reservation category of the student,
Considering the previous year's Cutoff marks and ranks, the lowest marks to secure seat was 401 in Toothukudi medical college, Toothukudi and also Rajah muthiah medical college, annamalai.
So it states that , if you belong to reservation category then you have chances of getting seat with 300+ marks ,
For general category students 500 marks are safe , and can secure seat in a good Govt medical college,
