i failed in 12 science in 2018 chse board but in 2019 i passed with 70% in each subject can i eligible for neet exam
Yes,you're eligible to appear for NEET because first of all there's no upper age limit,so no restriction in number of attempts,you need to be 17 years by 31st December of that year. Its eligibility is based on PCB aggregate, it's 50% for General, 45% for PWD, 40% for SC/ST/OBC, as long as you fulfill the above criteria you're eligible.

Yes you are eligible to give NEET exam. Minimum percentage in 12th board is 50% for general candidate to be eligible for NEET. You got 70% which is greater than 50%. And as of now you have passed all the subject you can give NEET. So work hard for NEET Exam .
